About Brent D.
Brent D. Sausser earned his J.D. from the University of New Hampshire School of Law. He went on to secure admission to practice in the District of Columbia, New York and South Carolina. Those three jurisdictions have framed much of his legal work and professional contacts over the years.
Early in his career Sausser held managing lawyer roles at two consulting firms. In 2009 he served as managing lawyer for Synergy Legal Consultants, LLC. In 2012 he took on a similar post at Legal Source, LLC. Those positions placed him in front of operational and staffing decisions and gave him experience running legal operations in multiple settings.
He later became a founding member of The Law Office of Sausser & Spurr, LLC, a step that marked a move into private practice partnership. That experience added firm development and client-service responsibilities to his resume. It also deepened his connections across the markets where he is licensed to practice law.
Sausser currently works from the offices of Sausser Summers, PC. His record shows a mix of practice management and client representation rather than a single, narrow specialty. He has balanced in-house consulting roles and law firm practice, and those different types of work have shaped how he approaches client matters and firm administration.
He now practices at Sausser Summers, PC, concentrating on matters in the District of Columbia, New York and South Carolina.
