About Brendan

Brendan Creed earned his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School after completing a B.A. in English at Stonehill College. He combined a liberal arts background and legal training early in his career, directing strong writing and analytical skills toward client work and courtroom preparation. He spent his formative years in law school refining legal research and oral advocacy, skills that remain central to his day-to-day practice.

After passing the Massachusetts bar, Creed joined Mass Injury Group. He has been listed as part of that firm's team and has built his practice in the commonwealth. Over the years he has taken on casework that requires careful fact-gathering, client interviews and negotiation. He handles the procedural and substantive demands that arise in civil disputes and client claims.

Creed maintains active membership in several professional organizations. He belongs to the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Boston Bar Association. He is also a member of the American Bar Association. Those affiliations keep him plugged into continuing legal education and the professional conversations that shape practice in the state.

Colleagues describe Creed as methodical in his preparation. He writes plainly and argues clearly. He tends to break down complex facts so judges, juries and clients can follow them. His background in English is evident in how he frames legal narratives and drafts pleadings.

Clients and peers can expect a steadier, workmanlike approach rather than flashy courtroom theatrics. Creed’s caseload has required both negotiation and litigation. He spends time preparing settlement proposals and also readies cases for trial when settlement is not possible. That balance is common among attorneys who handle contested claims and client disputes.

Outside of casework, Creed participates in bar activities and continuing education. He attends meetings and contributes to discussions on practice trends and procedural developments. Staying current is part of how he adapts to changes in rules and case law that affect everyday practice.

He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and maintains an office at Mass Injury Group. He represents clients in injury and civil claims, handling investigation, pleadings, negotiation and litigation in Massachusetts courts.
