Brendan Anthony McQuaid is a personal injury attorney based in Denver, Colorado. He has been practicing law for over 20 years, focusing on personal injury and animal & dog law cases. He is licensed to practice in both Colorado and Florida. Brendan earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law in 2005.
He began his legal career in Florida, where he was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2005. In 2017, he was admitted to the Colorado Supreme Court. This lets the attorney practice in Colorado. In 2018, Brendan joined Zinda Law Group, PLLC in Denver, Colorado, where he served as an attorney until 2023.
In January 2023, he founded McQuaid Injury Law, PLLC, focusing on personal injury cases.
