About Brandon
Brandon Osterbind practices law in Virginia and maintains an active presence in the local legal community. He built his legal foundation at Liberty University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Business in 2005 and a Juris Doctor in 2008. Those years saw him move from undergraduate studies into professional legal training, completing his formal education before beginning his early legal work.
His first post-law-school position was a clerkship. In 2008 he served as a law clerk for the Court of Appeals of Virginia. That role placed him inside the appellate process at an early stage of his career and exposed him to the mechanics of appellate decision-making and opinion drafting.
After the clerkship he entered private practice. Over the years he has remained connected to Virginia’s bench and bar through ongoing memberships and local bar governance. He has been a member of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association since 2010. Since 2015 he has served on the board of the Lynchburg Bar Association, a role that has kept him involved in local legal administration and bar activities.
Osterbind’s professional path combines courtroom exposure from the appellate clerkship with participation in professional organizations. He has balanced case work and bar service while developing a practice in Virginia. Colleagues and peers know him for steady participation in the local legal community and for maintaining active ties to regional professional groups.
He currently practices at Osterbind Law, PLLC and represents clients throughout Virginia. His practice is based in the state where he trained and began his career, and he continues to handle matters on behalf of clients in Virginia courts and forums.
