About Brandon M
Brandon M Haubert finished two graduate degrees the same year and went straight into practice. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 2013 and an MBA from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock that same year. Earlier, he completed a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Management from Arkansas Tech University in 2008.
Haubert’s early legal experience came through a series of clerkships. In 2011 he worked as a law clerk for the Arkansas Lawyer General. The following year he clerked at Gill, Elrod, Ragon, Owen & Sherman, P.A., and in 2013 he took a position as a law clerk with Highrock Asset Protection. Those roles exposed him to courtroom work, client counseling and transactional matters at formative stages of his career.
Also in 2013 Haubert became managing partner at wh Law, PLC. The move to firm leadership came quickly after his formal training. It positioned him to shape firm strategy and to oversee casework while continuing to accept client matters. The record lists him as active in the firm since that point.
Outside of immediate casework, Haubert has maintained ties to the legal community. He is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association and serves on its Legal Forms Committee. He also holds membership in the American Bar Association and the Pulaski County Bar Association. Since 2013 he has been part of the Arkansas Children’s Hospital Professional Advisory Council, a role that places him alongside other professionals advising on institutional needs and policies.
Online, Haubert has been recognized on a consumer-facing platform. He is noted as a Top Contributor on AVVO, an indicator of participation in public legal Q&A and community discussion.
Haubert is admitted to practice in Arkansas and is authorized to appear before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. That combination of state and federal appellate jurisdiction shapes the kinds of matters he brings to the firm’s docket. He continues to practice at wh Law, PLC, where he manages firm operations and represents clients in matters filed in Arkansas courts and in proceedings before the Eighth Circuit.
