About Brandon

Brandon Joseph began his legal path in Texas classrooms and county offices. He earned a B.A. from Baylor University in 2008 and returned to the state for his law degree, receiving a J.D. from South Texas College of Law in 2015. Those years shaped his early understanding of litigation and the procedural side of family-related matters.

Early in law school he worked inside the county system. In 2013 he served as a legal intern in the Family Criminal Law Division of the Harris Co. District Lawyer s Office, where he assisted on case preparation and observed courtroom proceedings. In 2015 he also took part in an International Intellectual Property Drafting program at South Texas College of Law - Houston, an experience that expanded his exposure to legal drafting beyond local family and criminal practice.

Immediately after graduating, he took a partnership role at McClure Law Group. Joining as a partner in 2015, he moved into private practice and began handling a steady docket of matters tied to family law and related proceedings. His work in the firm involves filings, hearings and negotiation on behalf of clients. He appears routinely in Texas courts on domestic-relations issues and counsels clients through court processes.

Joseph maintains several professional affiliations that align with his practice interests. He is a member of the Texas Family Law Foundation and the Texas Bar College, and he takes part in the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers. He also holds membership in the Texas State Bar. Those connections provide regular continuing education and a network of colleagues across the state.

Colleagues describe him as methodical in courtroom preparation and attentive during settlement discussions. He draws on his early public-sector experience when preparing cases, often emphasizing procedure and clear drafting. He balances courtroom work against client consultations and document work, attempting to keep cases moving while managing the documentation that family law files require.

Outside of court, his background includes coursework and programs that touch on intellectual property drafting, an element that informs his approach to precise pleadings and protective orders. He lives and practices in Texas and handles matters arising under state law.

He currently practices at McClure Law Group and focuses his work on family law matters in Texas.
