About Brandon J.
Brandon J. Tittle built a legal path that centers on bankruptcy law. He earned his J.D. from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 2011 and later completed an LL.M. in bankruptcy at St. John’s University School of Law in 2013. Those credentials bookend a period of early courtroom exposure that shaped his practice: two federal bankruptcy clerkships followed his legal training.
His first clerkship was to the Honorable Alan S. Trust at the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of New York in 2011. He then served the Honorable Mary F. Walrath at the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware in 2012. Those years gave him regular contact with complex corporate filings and the procedural mechanics of federal bankruptcy courts. The work was technical. It also grounded him in how judges approach reorganization plans and creditor disputes.
After the clerkships he moved into private practice. He became Bankruptcy Practice Leader at Glast, Phillips & Murray, P.C., a role that placed him at the center of business insolvency work. In 2020 he helped establish Tittle Law Group, PLLC and is listed as a founding member. His practice has included representation of debtors, creditors and other parties in business bankruptcy cases. He has handled contested matters and adversary proceedings and contributed to the planning stages of restructurings.
Tittle is admitted to practice in New York and Texas and appears to hold admission that allows him to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court. He is a member of the Turnaround Management Association and the American Bankruptcy Institute. Those affiliations keep him plugged into ongoing debates about bankruptcy law and practice. He has relied on that network while advising clients and working on cases that involve negotiated workouts, chapter 11 filings and confirmation hearings.
Colleagues describe his approach as methodical and centered on procedural correctness. He combines courtroom experience from his clerkships with litigation and transactional work at firms and in his own practice. He maintains an office at Tittle Law Group, PLLC, where he continues to represent businesses and creditors in bankruptcy-related matters. His current practice focuses on business bankruptcy and restructuring.
