About Vincent
Vincent LoBue serves as principal of LoBue Law, PLLC and is admitted to practice in California and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. He established his firm in 2019 and has led it since then. His practice blends consumer bankruptcy work with regulatory and compliance matters arising from financial services.
LoBue opened his firm after building experience in matters that intersect bankruptcy, banking regulation and dispute resolution. He has threaded together two areas that often collide in practice: consumer insolvency and the regulatory obligations of lenders and servicers. Cases in this space require attention to both procedural deadlines and complex statutory frameworks. LoBue practices at that intersection.
He holds two industry certifications that reflect that dual interest. He is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS), credentialed by the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists. He also holds the Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) designation from the American Bankers Association. Those certifications signal training in compliance programs, risk assessment and transactional controls, alongside knowledge of AML obligations.
LoBue joined the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Lawyers in 2020 and remains an active member. That affiliation connects him to a network of practitioners who handle consumer filings, bankruptcy advocacy and related litigation. Membership offers access to continuing education and peer review of evolving bankruptcy practice issues.
At LoBue Law, PLLC, he manages matters that commonly surface for individual debtors, trustees and creditors. He advises clients on bankruptcy filings, claims administration, and disputes that touch on creditor compliance practices. He also consults on regulatory questions that arise for financial institutions and servicers when accounts, collections or disclosures are implicated in insolvency proceedings.
Colleagues describe him as methodical in preparing cases and attentive at hearings. He aims to bring clarity to proceedings that can move quickly and involve overlapping bodies of law. He continues to represent clients in state and federal forums and maintains active practice at his firm.
He currently practices at LoBue Law, PLLC and handles consumer bankruptcy and regulatory compliance matters.
