About Brandon
Brandon Fulgham studied business before turning to law. He earned a B.B.A. from Texas Christian University and later took his J.D. from South Texas College of Law. Those schools shaped a practical approach to legal work. He combines classroom training with years in county courtrooms.
He began his legal career in Collin County in 2004 as an Assistant District Lawyer. There he worked on prosecutions and gained early courtroom experience. The role required preparing cases for trial, handling discovery and arguing before judges. It was a formative period that tested his ability to think quickly under pressure.
In 2006 he moved to the Tarrant County District Lawyers Office and served as an Assistant District Lawyer handling felony prosecutions. That position involved higher-stakes matters and more complex investigations. He saw cases through from charge to resolution and learned the mechanics of felony practice in a busy jurisdiction. The work added depth to his litigation skills.
In 2009 he opened Fulgham Law Office P.C. and transitioned into private practice. Since then he has represented clients in criminal matters and other related issues. He draws on his prosecutorial background when advising clients and when preparing defenses. He handles courtroom appearances, negotiated resolutions and pretrial motions. His practice reflects years on both sides of the aisle in the criminal justice system.
Outside the office he maintains memberships in local and state bar groups. He is a member of the Tarrant County Bar Association and the Tarrant County Criminal Defense Lawyers Association. He also belongs to the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association and the Tarrant County Young Lawyers Association. Those affiliations keep him engaged with developments in criminal law and provide a network of colleagues.
Colleagues and court personnel who have worked with him note his steady courtroom presence and routine engagement with the procedural elements of criminal cases. He applies the experience from county prosecutor roles to serve clients in private practice. He continues to practice in Texas and remains active in the local legal community. His current practice concentrates on criminal defense and related matters.
