About Bradley
Bradley Clark began his legal education at Washington University in St. Louis, where he earned a B.S.B.A. in marketing in 2005. He went on to receive his J.D. from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 2009. Those two schools set the stage for a career spent largely inside Kentucky courtrooms.
He entered public defense work immediately after law school. In 2009 he joined the Kentucky Department of Public Advocacy as a staff lawyer and served as a capital defender. That early work placed him in serious criminal matters and exposed him to both trial strategy and the high stakes that come with capital litigation. In 2016 he opened Clark Law PLLC, operating as owner and lawyer-at-law. Four years later he moved into a leadership role at Suhre & Associates, LLC, where he became managing lawyer in 2020.
Clark’s professional affiliations track his practice. He has been a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers since 2011. He holds current memberships in the Kentucky Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Fayette County Bar Association. He also serves as a barrister in the Central Kentucky American Inn of Court. These connections reflect sustained involvement in the state’s criminal defense community.
His work history underscores courtroom experience. As a former capital defender he handled high-profile, complex cases that required careful fact development and procedural precision. He has represented clients at trial and through post-conviction phases. Over time his practice expanded to include private representation after leaving state employment. He is admitted to practice in Kentucky and litigates in state courts across the commonwealth.
At Suhre & Associates, LLC, Clark combines case management responsibilities with ongoing client work. He oversees litigation teams while maintaining an active docket in criminal matters. He currently practices criminal defense in Kentucky courts, handling serious felony cases and matters arising from his years in public defense.
