About Bradford W.

Bradford W. Muller earned his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2009 after completing a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance at Seton Hall University in 2006. He completed a traditional law school path, combining legal training with an undergraduate grounding in finance. The sequence gave him formal training useful for matters that intersect business and law.

He is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey, and he holds admission to the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. He is also listed as inactive in the District of Columbia. Those admissions give him the ability to appear in state and certain federal forums, and reflect a regional practice centered in the Northeast.

Muller joined Stone & Magnanini LLP as an associate. In that role he took on responsibilities common to associates at litigation-oriented firms: researching law, drafting briefs and motions, preparing court filings, and supporting trial preparation. Colleagues describe his work as careful and deliberate; clients are represented through the routine procedural and substantive steps that most contested matters require.

His educational background in business and finance has informed his approach to legal questions. That combination of finance and law can aid in analyzing contracts, financial documents and transactional records when they arise in cases. He brings the sort of cross-disciplinary training that helps when legal issues touch business practices or financial arrangements.

Across matters he has appeared in filings before state and federal tribunals permitted by his admissions. He has experience navigating court rules and procedures in New Jersey federal court and in the state courts where he is licensed. His practice has involved working on the factual development of cases, supporting depositions and handling the drafting tasks that prepare a matter for negotiation or trial.

Muller is based at Stone & Magnanini LLP and practices under the firm’s auspices. He remains active in matters that fall within the scope of his admissions in New York, New Jersey and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. He currently maintains his practice at Stone & Magnanini LLP, focusing on cases handled through those jurisdictions.
