About Brad

Brad Spiller studied business before turning to law. He earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Boston University in 1974 and took his law degree from Widener University Delaware School of Law in 1978. Those years set a steady course for a long career in practice and firm leadership.

He moved into private practice after law school and rose through the ranks to partnership. Over the decades he has worn many hats: trial lawyer, counselor to clients, and manager inside the firm. Colleagues describe him as methodical in his approach to cases and attentive to the practical demands of running a law office.

Spiller is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He also is admitted to the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and to the Third Circuit. That combination of state and federal admissions has allowed him to handle matters that range from local courtroom work to appeals in the federal circuit.

He serves as managing partner at Brenner Spiller & Archer, LLP. In that role he balances casework with the administrative side of the practice. He has responsibility for coordinating among the firm's main office and its branches in Mt. Holly, Vineland, and Freehold. The role involves allocating resources, mentoring younger attorneys, and overseeing the firm’s day-to-day operations.

Outside the office he remains involved in professional associations. He is a current member of the New Jersey Association for Justice, a group that brings together lawyers who litigate in state and federal forums. That involvement keeps him connected to developments in trial practice and to peers across the state.

Spiller’s career spans a period of steady change in the legal profession. He entered practice in the late 1970s, a time of different procedural rules and courtroom culture. He has adapted to evolving civil practice while maintaining a routine grounded in preparation and courtroom readiness. Peers note that his experience lends itself to guiding complex matters through litigation and procedural hurdles.

Today he maintains an active presence at Brenner Spiller & Archer, LLP and handles client work out of the firm’s multiple offices while overseeing firm operations and mentoring attorneys across locations. He currently practices as managing partner at Brenner Spiller & Archer, LLP, representing and advising clients from the firm’s offices in Mount Holly, Vineland, Freehold and its main office.
