About Brad

Brad Kaiserman earned his law degree from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law in 2006. He completed the formal legal training that sets the foundation for courtroom work and then entered the California bar. He has maintained an active presence in the state's legal community since the late 2000s.

His career includes work as a criminal defense lawyer at Eisner Gorin LLP beginning in 2012. At the firm he handled a range of criminal matters on behalf of defendants. Colleagues describe him as steady in court and precise in preparation. He has spent years standing for clients at arraignments, pretrial hearings and trials.

Kaiserman joined professional groups early in his practice. He became a member of the San Fernando Valley Bar Association in 2009 and remains a member today. He also joined California Lawyers for Criminal Justice the same year and continues his membership. Those associations provide him a way to stay current on criminal law developments and to share practices with peers.

In day-to-day work he prepares motions, examines witnesses and argues matters before judges and juries. He draws on trial experience and on courtroom strategy to advance the cases he accepts. His work requires sustained attention to evidence, procedure and client needs. He balances the demands of litigation with the practical task of explaining options to clients who often face difficult decisions.

Kaiserman's files have included both misdemeanor and felony matters. He has worked on cases that involve contested facts and others that were resolved through plea negotiations. The record in every case reflects efforts to protect client rights and to secure a fair process. His colleagues at Eisner Gorin LLP have relied on him for steady representation in contested settings.

Outside the courtroom he participates in continuing legal education and professional events offered through his associations. He uses those settings to exchange ideas about trial tactics, evidentiary rules and case management. That ongoing engagement keeps him connected to changes in California criminal practice.

As of 2026 he continues to practice criminal defense at Eisner Gorin LLP in California, representing people charged with crimes and handling the litigation tasks those matters require. His current practice focuses on criminal defense work at Eisner Gorin LLP.
