About Brad K.

Brad K. Cunningham earned his law degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, receiving his J.D. in 2006. He attended the law school beginning in 2003 and completed the curriculum that prepared him for practice in neighboring states. That education provided a foundation in state and federal law, and it set the stage for a career that spans both Oklahoma and Texas.

After completing law school, Cunningham entered private practice and built a career that includes work across state lines. He is admitted to practice in both Oklahoma and Texas and has handled matters that require familiarity with the legal systems of each jurisdiction. Over time he advanced to a leadership position at Conner & Winters, LLP, where he serves as a partner. In that role he has taken on responsibility for managing client relationships and overseeing complex matters handled by the firm.

Cunningham’s practice involves representation of clients whose activities touch both Oklahoma and Texas. He is experienced at addressing issues that arise when businesses and individuals operate in more than one state. His dual admissions allow him to file and defend matters in both jurisdictions when the situation calls for it. Colleagues say he brings a steady, practical approach to problem solving and to the business side of law practice.

He maintains current professional memberships and participates in the bar-related activities that support a functioning legal community. That involvement keeps him connected to developments in state rules and professional standards. He also mentors younger lawyers at his firm and contributes to internal training efforts, helping associate attorneys navigate case preparation and courtroom procedure.

Cunningham’s work at Conner & Winters has included matters that require coordination across offices and among multiple professionals. He has experience guiding clients through procedural steps in state courts and in regulatory settings, drawing on an understanding of both Texan and Oklahoman processes. He balances litigation preparedness with practical settlement planning when circumstances warrant.

Based in the firm’s offices, Cunningham continues to serve as a partner at Conner & Winters, LLP. He handles matters for clients operating in Oklahoma and Texas and focuses his practice on cross-jurisdictional legal work and client counseling in those states.
