About Bob
Bob Dziewulski built a foundation in the humanities and public affairs before turning to law. He earned a B.A. in philosophy from St. Andrews Presbyterian College in 2003, then pursued a Master of Public Administration at Appalachian State University, completed in 2006. After several years that expanded his interest in public policy and administration, he returned to school and received his J.D. from Lincoln Memorial University in 2018.
That mix of degrees shapes how he approaches problems. His background in public administration gives him a different angle on statutory and regulatory questions. After finishing law school, he took up practice in Tennessee. He is admitted to practice in that state and carries out his work through DZ Law, where he is listed as a lawyer.
Colleagues describe him as methodical and direct. He tends to prioritize clear communication with clients and careful preparation in case work. He handles client matters across a range of legal issues, working with individuals and organizations to address disputes, obligations and compliance concerns. His approach aims to make complex legal topics more understandable for the people he represents.
Outside of casework he maintains current memberships in professional associations. He participates in the routine activities that keep practitioners connected to developments in law and policy. Those memberships reflect an interest in staying current on practice trends and on the practical effects of legal changes in Tennessee.
He practices at DZ Law in Tennessee. His work focuses on representing clients in state matters and advising them on practical legal options available within the state's legal framework.
