About Blake

Blake Rush built a layered educational foundation before entering the practice of law. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania in 1998. He then completed a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Moravian College in 2000. Rush went on to Villanova University School of Law, receiving his Juris Doctor in 2004.

Those degrees shaped the early contours of his professional life. After law school, Rush began working in legal roles that required both an understanding of legal procedure and an ability to assess human behavior. He has been licensed to practice in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania and has been active in bar association work since 2005. He joined the New Jersey State Bar that year and also holds memberships in the Northampton County Bar Association and the Warren County Bar Association.

Colleagues describe Rush as pragmatic and steady in the courtroom. He draws on his criminal justice training when evaluating cases and on his psychology background when preparing clients. That combination informs how he approaches interviews, prepares witnesses, and frames arguments for judges and juries. He favors clear, concise presentation and tends to break complex issues into straightforward points.

Rush’s career has included time in private practice and work that required collaboration with local bar groups. His participation in county bar associations has involved routine casework, continuing legal education, and local legal community events. Over time he moved toward operating his own practice, where he could shape how legal services were delivered. He handles case intake, client counseling, and courtroom appearances at his office.

The Law Office of Blake W Rush serves a mix of individual and business clients. Rush runs the office and manages its day-to-day operations. His practice reflects an emphasis on direct client contact and hands-on involvement in each file. He is known for returning calls and for a practice style that keeps clients informed about developments in their matters.

Outside the office, Rush maintains ties to professional networks in both states. He participates in bar association programs and local legal events. He also keeps current through continuing education offerings that address changes in law and procedure.

He currently operates the Law Office of Blake W Rush and represents clients in matters across New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
