About Blake

Blake Caulder earned his law degree from Charlotte School of Law, completing the J.D. program in 2015. He arrived in the legal profession after law school ready to practice in the Carolinas. His education in Charlotte provided the foundation for work in state courts and for advising clients on the practical side of legal problems.

Early in his career Caulder established himself across two jurisdictions. He is admitted to practice in both North Carolina and South Carolina. That dual admission has allowed him to handle matters that cross state lines and to advise clients who operate in both states. Colleagues describe him as steady in court and methodical in preparation.

Caulder’s practice has included courtroom appearances, client counseling and transactional work. He represents individuals and businesses, handling matters that arise in state courts and administrative forums. He prepares pleadings, negotiates resolutions and appears at hearings. He approaches each file by focusing on the facts and the applicable law rather than on broad legal theory. That approach keeps the work practical and geared toward achievable results for clients.

He maintains involvement in professional circles and participates in local legal and civic activities. Operating from offices in Gastonia and Shelby, Caulder works with clients across the region. The two offices let him meet clients where they are and to stay connected to community concerns. He spends time meeting directly with clients, reviewing evidence and crafting strategies suited to each situation.

Outside the office, Caulder balances casework with ongoing study of changes in state law. He follows developments in both North Carolina and South Carolina so he can advise clients on recent rulings and regulatory shifts. That attention to current law informs his courtroom work and client advice.

He continues to practice law from his Gastonia and Shelby offices. He currently focuses on representing individuals and businesses in matters across North and South Carolina.
