About Bianca M.
Bianca M. Sangiovanni took a direct path into the law. She earned a B.S. in political science and history from Rutgers University in 1997 and completed her J.D. at Widener University School of Law in 2001. Those years set the groundwork for a practice that blends courtroom experience with a long record of client work.
Her early professional years included a clerkship on the Superior Court of New Jersey. In 2004 she served as a law clerk to the Honorable Thomas E. O'Brien, a post that exposed her to trial-level procedure and opinion drafting. She entered bar and association life soon after and has been a member of the New Jersey State Bar since 2005. She is also licensed to practice in Pennsylvania.
Sangiovanni moved into private practice and into roles that mixed litigation and client counseling. In 2023 she joined Stolfe Zeigler Family Law Group as a senior associate. That position placed her in a practice environment focused on domestic matters and courtroom appearances. Her record shows steady movement from courtroom support to front-line advocacy.
Today she is a partner at Sangiovanni Marchetti Law. As a partner she shares responsibility for case strategy, client intake and trial preparation. Her background includes drafting pleadings, conducting discovery and arguing contested motions. She has worked on matters that call for both negotiation and litigation skills.
Throughout her career she has maintained membership in professional organizations since 2005, including the New Jersey State Bar. Those memberships have kept her connected to developments in state practice and procedural rules. Colleagues describe her as methodical in preparing cases and direct in court presentation.
Her educational grounding in political science and history, followed by legal training at Widener, informs a methodical approach to case analysis. The clerkship experience gave her a judge’s view of litigation, which she has used in approaching hearings and trials. The time at a family law group expanded her courtroom experience and client-facing work.
She now practices from Sangiovanni Marchetti Law and focuses her practice on family law, representing clients in matrimonial and related domestic matters.
