About Bhavya
Bhavya Chaudhary trained first at the University of Delhi School of Law, where she earned her LL.B. in 1993. A decade later she completed an LL.M. at Emory University School of Law in 2003. Those two degrees frame a legal background that spans common law systems and U.S. legal education.
After completing her studies, Chaudhary built a practice that crosses state lines. She is licensed to practice in Tennessee and Georgia. In 2010 she took on the role of managing lawyer at Bhavya Chaudhary & Associates Law Office, a position she continues to hold. The title reflects both a leadership role and day-to-day involvement in client matters.
