About Benjamin
Benjamin Wright grew up studying numbers and languages before turning to law. He earned a B.A. in Accounting and Spanish from the University of Wisconsin in 2000. Seven years later he received his J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School, joining a generation of lawyers shaped by the changing legal and economic landscape of the 2000s.
After law school Wright moved into private practice. In 2009 he opened Wright Law Offices and remains the firm's owner. He holds licenses in both Arizona and Wisconsin and is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Arizona and the U.S. District Court of Arizona. He also maintains current memberships in the State Bar of Arizona, the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Arizona Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
Colleagues describe him as steady in litigation and methodical in preparing files. His undergraduate training in accounting and Spanish gives him tools that he often draws on. The accounting background helps when cases raise financial questions. The Spanish language ability assists in client communication and deposition work when needed.
Wright's practice spans state and federal matters. He represents individuals and businesses in proceedings that arise in Arizona and Wisconsin courts. He appears in trial and handles pretrial strategy, motions practice and discovery. He also handles regulatory and procedural issues tied to cases filed in federal court in Arizona. Wright emphasizes careful preparation and clear explanations of legal options to clients.
Outside the courtroom he has stayed active in bar groups. His memberships in state and national associations keep him engaged with continuing legal education and professional developments. He has used those venues to stay current on procedural changes and on best practices for managing litigation files.
Wright Law Offices is the vehicle through which he conducts his work. The firm serves a regional client base and litigates in both state and federal forums. He maintains the practice he established in 2009 and continues to handle matters in Arizona and Wisconsin. He currently represents clients in state and federal courts across those jurisdictions.
