About Bayli Wren
Bayli Wren Fields pursued law after completing undergraduate studies at the University of Georgia. She earned her J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2012. Prior to law school she completed undergraduate work in sociology and psychology at the University of Georgia.
Fields began her legal career in Georgia and entered private practice after gaining early experience at other firms. In 2015 she joined Kimbrough Law as an associate. That same year she became an accredited lawyer, a credential she has maintained while continuing to handle matters affecting older adults and their families.
Her work gravitates toward elder law and estate planning. She advises clients on estate planning documents, powers of attorney, and advance directives. She also assists families dealing with guardianship, probate, and long-term care planning. In routine and complex matters she prepares wills and trusts, and helps clients consider how to protect assets and meet care needs as they age.
Fields set out on her own in 2020 and opened Fields Elder Law and Estate Planning. As owner and lawyer she manages casework, client intake, and the operational side of the firm. She balances hands-on client counseling with administrative duties. The firm handles a mix of consultative planning and representation during guardianship or probate proceedings.
Colleagues describe her approach as practical and straightforward. She tends to favor clear explanations over legal jargon. That orientation shows in client meetings where she walks through options and outlines possible outcomes. She also works with other professionals when cases require financial or medical input.
Outside casework she maintains connections in the Georgia legal community and stays current on developments affecting elder services and estate administration. Her practice reflects ongoing changes in Medicaid rules, probate procedures, and elder care policy, which often shape clients’ decisions.
Today Bayli Wren Fields runs Fields Elder Law and Estate Planning in Georgia. Her practice centers on elder law and estate planning, serving older adults and their families through planning, document preparation, and representation in related proceedings.
