About Bahar B.

Bahar B. Sahami earned her undergraduate degree in Government and International Relations at the University of Texas at Austin, completing a B.A.S. in 2018. She went on to attend the University of Texas School of Law and received her J.D. in 2021. Those years in Austin shaped her familiarity with Texas institutions and the state legal landscape.

After law school, Sahami joined Kean Miller LLP as an associate. She moved into firm life in a role that combined client contact, document drafting and courtroom preparation. As an associate she has carried responsibilities typical of the post-graduate attorney: researching statutory and case law, preparing motions and briefs, and supporting more senior attorneys in depositions and hearings.

Sahami holds membership in several professional organizations. She is a current member of the State Bar of Texas and of the Houston Young Lawyers Association. She is also listed as an Archer Fellow Alumni Association member, a role she has maintained since 2018. Those affiliations keep her connected to the legal community in Houston and across the state.

Colleagues describe her work style as methodical and precise. She is often assigned tasks that demand careful legal research and clear written advocacy. On a day-to-day level that can mean drafting pleadings, assembling discovery responses, or preparing background memoranda for trial teams. Her training at UT Law informs both the analytical framework she uses and the procedural instincts she applies when handling cases.

Sahami’s courtroom exposure and firm-based experience have allowed her to develop practical skills in litigation support and client counseling. She balances the demands of case preparation with attention to procedural deadlines. The result is steady, task-oriented practice that serves client needs and supports the work of lead counsel.

She maintains an active presence in local bar activities and continues to engage with the Archer Fellow alumni network. Her career to date reflects a straightforward progression from undergraduate study to law school and into private practice, with sustained ties to Texas legal circles. Her current practice covers legal matters in Texas as an associate at Kean Miller LLP.
