About B. Kevin Burke

B. Kevin Burke Jr. earned his J.D. from The George Washington University Law School in 1999. He began practicing law after completing his degree and is admitted to the New York bar. His legal education at a national law school set the stage for a career spent largely in private practice.

Early in his career Burke became a partner at Jaeckle Fleischmann and Mugel LLP in 2004. He later moved to Lippes Mathia Wexler Friedman, where he served as a partner beginning in 2013. Each step represented a move into roles with greater leadership and responsibility inside established firms.

In 2019 he joined Gross Shuman PC as a shareholder lawyer. That title reflects an ownership role within the firm and a senior position among the legal staff. Over the years Burke has worked across multiple firms, handling the types of matters that private practice lawyers address day to day and advising clients through litigation and transactional processes.

Burke’s record shows a steady progression through law firm ranks, from partner positions in the mid-2000s and 2010s to his current shareholder role. He practices in New York and maintains an active presence in the state’s legal community. He currently practices at Gross Shuman PC, serving as a shareholder lawyer and handling the duties associated with that position.
