About Audriana T.
Audriana T. Anderson built a legal career that moves between heavy courtroom work and community-oriented justice projects. She balances scrutiny of detail with practical decisions. Colleagues describe her as methodical and steady in high-pressure settings.
Anderson earned a B.A. in Economics from Wheaton College in 1996 and completed her J.D. at DePaul College of Law in 1999. Those classrooms set the foundation for a career spent largely in one county, where she handled an array of criminal and juvenile matters over two decades.
Her professional life began at the DuPage County State's Attorney's Office, where she served as an intern in 1997 before joining the office as an assistant in 1999. She rose to senior assistant in 2001. Over time she took on supervisory roles, overseeing the Major Crimes and Narcotics Unit in 2011 and later supervising the Juvenile & Family Justice Unit in 2015. Those assignments put her at the intersection of prosecuting serious adult offenses and managing sensitive juvenile cases. In 2017 she left the prosecutor's office to become director of law practice at Anderson Lawyers & Advisors.
Her association work traces the same themes. She has been involved with the Illinois State Bar Association and the DuPage County Bar Association, and holds membership in local criminal defense and juvenile organizations. Between 2015 and 2017 she served as general counsel to the DuPage County Juvenile Officers Association and sat on the executive board of the DuPage County Juvenile Justice Council. Earlier, beginning in 2002, she participated in the Illinois Prosecutors Bar Association. Her work on drug enforcement and narcotics policy included participation on the DuPage Metropolitan Enforcement Group policy board and memberships in narcotics and drug enforcement associations from 2011 through 2015.
Her professional record shows sustained engagement in the practical and institutional sides of criminal and juvenile law. She has overseen major-case teams, managed juvenile and family justice matters, and worked on cross-agency committees that shaped local responses to narcotics enforcement and child welfare concerns.
Today she practices at Anderson Lawyers & Advisors in Illinois. She handles matters involving criminal law, juvenile and family justice, and advisory work for governmental and private clients in the state.
