About Audrey
Audrey Damonte earned her J.D. from the University of the Pacific’s McGeorge School of Law. She completed a rigorous legal education there and moved into practice equipped to handle matters that reach both state and federal forums. Her academic background provided exposure to trial procedure, appellate briefing and courtroom advocacy.
After law school she became admitted to practice in Nevada. She is also admitted to the Ninth Circuit and the Federal Circuit, credentials that allow her to appear in federal appellate proceedings. Those admissions reflect a practice that includes work beyond state trial courts. She handles filings and oral argument in appellate settings as part of her professional responsibilities.
Damonte is an attorney at Holley Driggs, Ltd. At the firm she participates in litigation-related work that proceeds through trial and into appeals when cases warrant further review. Her role involves preparing briefs, assembling the administrative record when appropriate, and presenting legal analysis to judges and clerks at both the state and federal levels. She collaborates with colleagues on complex procedural issues and helps manage the appellate phases of client matters.
Colleagues describe her work as methodical and precise, emphasizing clarity in written submissions and attention to deadlines. She applies the training from McGeorge School of Law to practical courtroom and appellate tasks. Outside of court filings, she engages in the case strategy that precedes appellate review, advising clients on the implications of pursuing or defending an appeal. She practices at Holley Driggs, Ltd., handling matters in Nevada and in federal appellate courts.
