About Aubrey Harry Ducker
Aubrey Harry Ducker Jr. earned his J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 1999 after completing a B.A. at the University of Central Florida in 1996. He pursued legal studies after an early career in the Navy. The classroom years came after hands-on technical work in a demanding environment.
Ducker's professional trajectory includes military service and courtroom experience. In 1986 he served in the U.S. Navy submarine nuclear service. While in law school he worked as a law clerk for the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit in 1997. After graduating he spent time as a law clerk for Zimmerman, Shuffield in 1999 and opened a practice that same year called Aubrey Law.
Over the years Ducker has added formal credentials to practical experience. He is board certified by The Florida Bar and holds certification from the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts. He is also certified to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Those credentials reflect both state-level recognition and federal admission.
His professional affiliations point toward particular interests inside the law. He holds memberships in the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals and the American Jurist Institute. He is also a member of the Parental Alienation Awareness Organization. Those associations inform the kinds of matters he handles and the communities in which he participates.
Ducker has balanced private practice with a steady emphasis on family-related disputes and alternative processes. He founded Aubrey Law in 1999 and later became associated with The Center for Professional Legal Services P.A., where he maintains an office. His experience spans courtroom representation, courtroom-adjacent roles such as clerkships, and collaborative approaches to dispute resolution.
He approaches cases with an emphasis on process and on the particular dynamics each family brings to a dispute. His work includes matters that touch on parental alienation concerns, collaborative practice, and litigation in state and federal venues. He currently practices family law, collaborative law, and related matters.
