About Ashley
Ashley McIntyre trained as a scientist before she turned to the law. She earned her Bachelor of Science from Drexel University and went on to complete her J.D. at Rutgers School of Law–Camden in 2018. Law school years shaped how she approaches casework: careful evidence review, clear writing, and attention to procedure.
After receiving her law degree she began practicing in New Jersey. McIntyre is admitted to the New Jersey bar and has built her career inside the state's legal system. Those early years after graduation included courtroom appearances, motion practice, and client counseling that deepened her practical knowledge of state procedure and litigation flow.
Her current professional home is Graziano & Flynn, P.C., where she serves as a lawyer. At the firm she handles a variety of matters that require courtroom preparation and written advocacy. Colleagues describe her as methodical in trial preparation and precise in drafting pleadings and motions. She also spends time negotiating resolutions and preparing clients for hearings.
McIntyre's work is grounded in research and case development. She invests in factual detail early in each matter, which informs settlement strategy and trial readiness. That approach reduces surprises during hearings and helps shape realistic expectations for clients. She balances advocacy in court with case management behind the scenes.
Outside of court appearances, McIntyre contributes to the daily operations of firm practice. She participates in client intake, develops case theories, and coordinates with experts and opposing counsel. Her role requires a steady attention to deadlines and an ability to explain complex legal points in straightforward terms to clients and lay participants.
Her professional path reflects steady progression from law student to practicing attorney in New Jersey. She continues to handle matters at Graziano & Flynn, P.C., representing clients in cases brought in New Jersey courts.
