About Arielle
Arielle Capuano built her path in Florida law from solid roots in Central Florida. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising and Public Relations from the University of Central Florida in 2006, then moved on to Florida International University College of Law, where she completed her J.D. in 2009. Those years shaped her understanding of both communication and legal reasoning.
After law school Capuano entered practice in Florida. She is licensed to practice in the state and has spent her career working at a firm-level, handling matters that require courtroom preparation, client counseling and negotiation. Colleagues describe her approach as thorough and pragmatic. She combines courtroom readiness with attention to the details clients need when cases are active.
Her progression at Levinson & Capuano, LLC brought her into partnership. As a partner lawyer she shares responsibility for the firm’s caseload and for mentoring younger attorneys. That role includes overseeing case strategy, briefing motions and appearing in hearings. She also works directly with clients, explaining complex legal issues in clear terms and helping them weigh options.
Capuano’s background in advertising and public relations informs how she communicates about legal risk. She pays attention to how disputes are perceived outside the courtroom, and how messaging can affect negotiations. The combination of that undergraduate training and a law degree has shaped an approach that values clarity and preparation.
Outside of casework she has been involved in firm management and the practical tasks that keep a small firm operating. That work ranges from client intake to coordinating with experts. It also means balancing competing demands as matters move through different stages, from investigation to resolution.
