About Anthony
Anthony Gadlage has built a career that moves between public service and private practice. He is admitted to practice in Colorado and Kentucky. His path runs from local government work to running his own firm and then joining established regional practices.
He earned a B.B.A. in marketing from the University of Kentucky in 2005 after beginning his undergraduate studies in 2001. He then attended Western Michigan University Cooley Law School from 2006 and received his J.D. in 2009, concentrating on litigation during his studies.
Gadlage began his legal career in the public sector. In 2009 he joined the Jefferson County Lawyer’s Office as an assistant county lawyer, a role that placed him on the front lines of county-level legal matters. The following year he moved into private practice as an associate at Winters & Yonker, PSC, gaining experience in litigation under the supervision of more senior attorneys.
In 2011 he launched Gadlage Law, LLC and took on the responsibilities of ownership and practice management. He served clients directly and handled casework across multiple matters while operating his own firm. After a period running his practice, he returned to firm-based roles, joining the Mintz Law Office as an associate in 2022. He moved again in 2023 to Hackstaff Snow Atkinson & Griess, LLC, where he joined the associate ranks of a multi-lawyer firm.
Across public and private posts, Gadlage’s background shows repeated exposure to courtroom work and case preparation. His legal education emphasized litigation, and his early county role offered regular contact with civil and administrative processes. Time spent as a solo practitioner added experience in case management, client counseling, and the administrative side of running a law office. Subsequent associate positions expanded his work within firm systems and team-based litigation.
Peers and colleagues describe him as steady and practical in client-facing settings, and he has maintained a practice that bridges Kentucky roots and work in Colorado. He has continued to work in matters that require courtroom experience and procedural knowledge, drawing on both government and private-practice roles in his approach.
He currently practices at Hackstaff Snow Atkinson & Griess, LLC, where his work centers on litigation and trial practice.
