Anthony C. Satariano began his academic path in business. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Business Pre-Law from Ohio University in 2015. He moved directly into legal study and received his Juris Doctor from the University of Dayton School of Law in 2018.
Those years in and around campus shaped how he approaches legal work. Law school coursework and clinic time gave him everyday exposure to case preparation, client interviews and courtroom procedure. After graduation he entered private practice and took on responsibilities that ranged from research and drafting to representing clients in hearings.
Satariano started his professional career as an associate lawyer in 2018 at Ferguson & Ferguson, LLC. In that role he handled case intake, prepared pleadings and managed discovery. He worked alongside more senior attorneys and learned the operational side of a firm, including client communication and litigation logistics.
In 2021 he joined Ferguson Legal Group, Ltd. as a lawyer. His time there has involved taking direct responsibility for client matters and appearing in court. He has handled a steady docket and taken part in settlement discussions as well as contested proceedings. Colleagues note that he maintains thorough case files and emphasizes straightforward explanations for clients.
In addition to his firm roles, Satariano holds a Guardian ad Litem certification from the Supreme Court of Ohio. That credential allows him to serve in guardianship appointments, representing the best interests of minors or incapacitated parties in court-supervised matters. He is licensed to practice law in both Florida and Ohio. He also maintains current membership in at least one professional association. Across his practice, he combines his undergraduate training in business with legal training to address both procedural and practical aspects of disputes.
