About Anthonia

Anthonia Imudia brings an uncommon mix of clinical training and legal education to her work. She has degrees in science and health and earned a law degree combined with a business degree. That background shapes how she approaches complex client problems.

She earned a B.S. from Columbia University in 2002 and followed that with an M.S. from Columbia in 2004. She later completed a Doctor of Nursing Practice at the University of Miami in 2012. She returned to school for law and business and received a JD/MBA from Stetson University College of Law in 2019.

Her professional path moved quickly into practice. In 2019 she joined the Center For U.S. Immigration Services as an associate lawyer. That role gave her hands-on experience with immigration filings, client interviews and case preparation. Also in 2019 she took on the role of managing partner at Imudia Law. She continues in that leadership role at the firm.

Her résumé reflects both clinical training and legal training. The DNP adds a perspective often absent in legal practice. She is able to read medical records, understand clinical terminology and frame health-related facts for legal audiences. In immigration matters that involve medical affidavits, health waivers or petitions tied to caregiving, that background can be practically useful.

Imudia maintains professional involvement beyond her practice. She holds membership in the American Bar Association and keeps up with developments in immigration law and related policy areas. Colleagues describe her approach as methodical; clients see a lawyer who can translate technical material into clear, actionable advice.

She works out of Imudia Law, where she handles matters that intersect with immigration, health and business concerns. Licensed to practice in Florida, she manages casework and firm operations while advising clients on procedural strategy. Her current practice centers on immigration matters and cases involving medical or business issues that inform immigration claims.
