About Ann
Ann Delcollo earned her law degree from Widener University Delaware School of Law in 1992 after completing undergraduate studies at Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania in 1989. Those academic stops laid the groundwork for a steady legal career. She moved from classrooms to court filings and client meetings, carrying a conventional legal education into everyday practice.
Her professional path led her to Ciccarelli Law Offices, where she serves as a lawyer. She practices in a firm that maintains multiple regional offices, and she has worked out of several locations that serve different Pennsylvania communities. Over the years she has built experience handling filings, motions and client counseling within the structure of a multi-office practice.
Delcollo is admitted to the bar in Pennsylvania and is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She holds membership in the Pennsylvania Bar Association. Those admissions allow her to appear in state courts and in the federal district that covers the eastern part of the state. She uses those credentials to take cases as the facts and client needs require.
Her day-to-day work is conducted through Ciccarelli Law Offices. The firm lists offices in Center City, Lancaster County, Plymouth Meeting, Kennett Square and Delco/Springfield, and she has served clients through those regional locations. In practice she manages client communications, prepares pleadings and attends hearings in courts where she is admitted. Colleagues and clients see her as a steady presence within the firm’s regional structure.
Over time Delcollo has balanced court appearances with behind-the-scenes tasks that keep a case moving: drafting documents, meeting with witnesses, and coordinating with opposing counsel and court staff. She brings routine courtroom experience to cases that require federal filing in the Eastern District as well as matters confined to Pennsylvania state venues. Her current practice is conducted through Ciccarelli Law Offices and centers on representing clients in matters filed in Pennsylvania courts and in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
