Ann Delcollo earned her law degree from Widener University Delaware School of Law in 1992 after completing undergraduate studies at Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania in 1989. Those academic stops laid the groundwork for a steady legal career. She moved from classrooms to court filings and client meetings, carrying a conventional legal education into everyday practice.
