About Angelique

Angelique Kelley began her academic journey at St. Thomas Aquinas College, where she completed her undergraduate studies in 1998. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2006. Those years laid the groundwork for a career rooted in the Florida legal landscape.

After law school, Kelley entered practice in Florida and has built a career centered on the state’s courts and legal institutions. Her path has included courtroom work and advising clients on matters that arise under Florida law. Over time she acquired experience handling procedural and substantive issues that frequently shape litigated disputes.

Colleagues describe Kelley as a pragmatic lawyer who attends to both legal detail and practical outcome. She approaches cases one at a time. Each file gets a tailored strategy rather than a formulaic response. That approach extends to client communications; she prefers clear explanations over jargon so clients can make informed choices.

Kelley has worked with a mix of individual and institutional clients. Her practice has required negotiation, motion practice, and appearances in court. She also spends time on case preparation, legal research, and drafting documents that reflect the facts and applicable law. She keeps current on developments in Florida law through continuing education and regular engagement with the local bar community.

Today she is based at Kelley Law. There she continues to represent clients across Florida, handling matters that arise in the state’s courts and administrative forums. She maintains a practice that is centered on providing responsive legal services to people and organizations in Florida.
