About Andrew
Andrew Stoltmann earned his law degree from DePaul College of Law in 1999 after completing a business degree at the University of Wisconsin–Madison in 1994. He moved from business studies into law at a time when investor protection and civil litigation were receiving growing attention in courts and arbitration forums. Those early academic choices set the stage for a practice that crosses courtroom work and arbitration procedures.
After law school, Stoltmann built his practice around the firm that bears his name, Stoltmann Law Offices. He has spent his career handling cases for individuals who pursue claims against brokers, financial firms, and other entities, and he has represented clients in a range of civil disputes. He operates from the Stoltmann Law Offices and maintains multiple office locations to serve clients across the region.
Colleagues and clients will find a lawyer who is active in professional groups. He holds memberships in the Chicago Bar Association and the Illinois State Bar Association. He also belongs to national organizations that reflect parts of his caseload, including the American Association for Justice and the Public Investor Arbitration Bar Association. Those memberships give him regular contact with peers who litigate and arbitrate similar matters.
Over the years Stoltmann has focused on litigation and arbitration rather than transactional work. He files claims and argues them before panels and judges.
