About Andrew
Andrew Spainhower earned his law degree from the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University in 2014, after completing a Bachelor of Arts in Public Communication at Dixie State College in 2011. He arrived in law school with a background in sales and management, a history that shaped his early interactions with clients and teams.
Before entering the legal profession, Spainhower held a string of sales and supervisory positions. He worked as Outside Sales Director at Gold's Gym in 2006 and then managed a retail communications store in 2007. By 2009 he was a sales representative for a wireless company. In 2012 he moved into supervisory roles, serving as a sales team manager for Bulwark Exterminating and as a call center supervisor for Americans For Responsible Leadership. The following year he worked as a regional manager for a marketing firm.
While still in law school he took on law clerk roles in 2013 at McMullin Legal Group, PLLC and at Best Law Office. Those positions gave him an early look at case preparation and client intake. After graduating in 2014 he joined McMullin Injury Law as a personal injury lawyer. His path from sales floors and call centers into the courtroom is straightforward. The earlier roles left him familiar with client communications and case coordination; the law clerkships provided hands-on experience with legal work.
Spainhower is admitted to practice in Arizona and Utah, and he is also admitted to the United States District Court for the District of Utah. He holds a current membership in The Central Utah Bar. Those credentials allow him to handle matters across state and federal forums in the region the firm serves.
Throughout his time at McMullin Injury Law he has been involved in the day-to-day tasks common to injury practice: client interviews, evidence review, coordinating medical documentation, and negotiating settlements. He has also worked on preparations for contested hearings when cases proceeded beyond settlement discussions. The combination of client-facing experience from earlier jobs and courtroom work informs how he manages cases and communicates options to clients.
He maintains an office at McMullin Injury Law and continues to represent individuals in personal injury matters. He is currently practicing at McMullin Injury Law, representing clients in personal injury cases in the jurisdictions where he is admitted.
