Andrew P. Giel completed a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering at The Ohio State University in 2015 and earned his Juris Doctor from The Pennsylvania State University School of Law in 2018. The combination of a technical undergraduate degree and a law degree shaped his early professional interests.
