About Andrew J.
Andrew J. Guzzo earned his undergraduate degree from Temple University in 2007 and completed his Juris Doctor at Washington and Lee University School of Law in 2011. He finished law school the same year he began affiliating with national and local bar groups. His legal education provided a foundation in civil litigation and trial practice, and he moved into practice in Virginia after graduation.
Guzzo is licensed to practice in Virginia and is listed as practicing at Kelly Guzzo, PLC. He joined several professional organizations early in his career. The American Bar Association accepted his membership in 2011, and he has been active in the Fairfax Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Section since that year as well. Those early associations point to a lawyer who sought peer connections and practical training opportunities as he started his practice.
Over time Guzzo widened his involvement in advocacy and trial-oriented groups. He has been a member of the National Association of Consumer Advocates since 2014. He also belongs to the Virginia Trial Lawyers’ Association and the Virginia State Bar Association. His membership in The Public Justice Foundation indicates participation in networks that support public-interest litigation and civil justice initiatives.
Colleagues describe him as a practitioner who spends a substantial portion of his time on contested matters that require courtroom work and client advocacy. The organizations he joined, and the sequence in which he joined them, suggest an attorney who has built experience in consumer issues and plaintiff-side litigation. He has experience working on cases that require both pretrial preparation and courtroom advocacy, and he has continued to cultivate ties within Virginia’s trial bar and consumer advocacy community.
Today Guzzo practices at Kelly Guzzo, PLC, where he concentrates on consumer and trial matters in Virginia. He maintains memberships in local and national bar groups and continues to participate in organizations that emphasize trial practice and consumer protection. His current practice remains centered on representing clients in contested civil matters in Virginia.
