About Andrew I.
Andrew I. Glenn is an attorney whose career spans both government service and private practice. He earned a B.A. from Brandeis University in 1987 and a J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law in 1992. Those academic years set the groundwork for work in federal court and state agencies that followed.
He began his early legal work as a law clerk in 1991 for a federal magistrate in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. That position gave him direct exposure to federal procedure and case management at the trial-court level. The year after law school he worked in environmental and tort litigation at the New Jersey Attorney General’s Office, handling matters that required navigating regulatory frameworks and civil claims.
In 2002 he handled NASD plaintiffs’ securities claims while at The Law Office of Drew Clayton, P.A. That work involved representation of investors in disputes tied to securities regulation and arbitration systems. Two years later he joined a private firm as part of Card & Glenn, P.A., where he continued to build experience in civil litigation and client representation.
Since 2012 he has been listed as a lawyer at Jaffe Glenn Law Group, P.A. At that firm he has taken on matters that draw on his earlier public-sector litigation and his private-practice securities work. Over the years he has appeared in and maintained admissions to several jurisdictions, including New Jersey and Florida state bars and multiple federal district courts.
His admitted jurisdictions include the states of New Jersey and Florida, and several federal courts: the U.S. District Court of Colorado; the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida; the U.S. District Court of New Jersey; and both the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. He is a current member of The Florida Bar.
Colleagues describe his path as a steady movement between government litigation and private advocacy. He has experience that touches on environmental and tort matters, securities claims for plaintiffs, and the practical demands of federal-court practice. He continues to work out of Jaffe Glenn Law Group, P.A., representing clients in securities claims and civil litigation in state and federal courts.
