About Andrew D
Andrew D Randol studied at The Ohio State University in Columbus, where he earned both his Bachelor of Arts and his Juris Doctor. He finished his formal legal education at Ohio State's Moritz College of Law, building the classroom foundation he later applied in courtroom and office settings. Those years shaped his interests in business disputes and commercial practice.
He began practicing law in Ohio and worked as a lawyer at Stevens Randol, where his caseload centered on business litigation. At Stevens Randol he handled contested matters for companies and business owners, moving disputes through pretrial phases and into trial when necessary. His time there exposed him to contract disputes, partnership and shareholder claims, and other commercial litigation matters typical of mid-size business practice.
Randol also maintains ties to the legal community through his membership in the Ohio State Bar Association. He participates in bar activities and keeps current with developments in Ohio law. That engagement complements his everyday work and helps him stay current on procedural and substantive changes that affect business cases in state courts.
He now operates out of Randol Law, LLC. The firm handles a range of business-related litigation tasks, from contested contract enforcement to complex commercial disputes. He represents corporate clients and individual principals, managing cases from the initial pleadings through discovery and trial. His approach is pragmatic: assess the claims, evaluate risks, and choose tactics aligned with a client's objectives.
Clients and opposing counsel see him regularly in Ohio courtrooms. He is accustomed to state-court practice and the schedule that such work requires. Outside of litigation, he has experience negotiating resolutions and drafting dispute-avoidance language for contracts. Those skills often come into play early in a matter, before the parties reach motion practice or trial.
His base remains in Ohio and his practice reflects the commercial character of the region's business disputes. He balances courtroom work with office-based case management and client counseling. He currently concentrates his practice on business litigation.
