About Abigail

Abigail Dalesandro earned her bachelor’s degree in finance from The Ohio State University in 2005. She returned to central Ohio for law school and received her J.D. from Capital University Law School in 2013. Those academic years set the stage for a legal career rooted in Ohio courts and institutions.

After law school, Dalesandro entered practice in Ohio and gained admission to the state bar. She is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. That dual admission allows her to handle matters that proceed in both state and federal settings. Over the years she has balanced courtroom work and client counsel, navigating procedural differences between the two systems.

Dalesandro maintains active involvement in the local legal community. She is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Columbus Bar Association, participating in programs and meetings that connect lawyers across specialties. Those memberships give her access to continuing legal education and peer resources that often inform courtroom strategy and client advisement.

Her professional path led to Madison & Rosan LLP, where she practices today. In that environment she works on matters that require appearances in Ohio courts and in the Southern District of Ohio. Her role includes preparing pleadings, managing discovery, and representing clients at hearings. Colleagues describe her as deliberate in case preparation and attentive to procedural detail.

Dalesandro’s legal training and courtroom admissions shape the way she approaches client problems. She applies a background in finance to the practical demands of litigation and dispute resolution, reading documents and financial records with a lawyer’s eye and an analyst’s patience. She prefers clear lines of communication with clients and focuses on the steps needed to move a case forward rather than on abstract strategy alone.

Outside the courtroom she stays connected to the legal community through local bar events and professional development activities. That engagement helps her stay current on evolving practice rules and local procedures. She continues to accept matters that involve state court litigation and federal filings in the Southern District of Ohio. Her current practice addresses matters in Ohio state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
