About Andrew
Andrew Bayley built his legal foundation at Western Illinois University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in 2006. He moved to Texas and entered the legal field soon after, joining the State Bar of Texas in 2010. That membership has continued to the present day.
Bayley began his legal career in a firm environment. In 2009 he worked at The Gillespie Law Office, an early role that gave him front-line experience in client work and courtroom practice. A year later he started his own practice. He founded Bayley Law Office in 2010 and has been leading that office since then.
Over the years Bayley has concentrated his professional efforts in family law. He earned Board Certification in Family Law from the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Board certification is a credential that indicates a lawyer has satisfied certain experience and testing requirements in a particular area of law. It is a formal recognition that shapes how colleagues and clients understand his background.
His time in private practice includes handling matters commonly seen in family law: divorce proceedings, child custody and support issues, property division and related hearings. He works on both negotiated settlements and contested litigation. Courtroom appearances and negotiations form a large portion of the work his office undertakes.
Bayley’s career path reflects a transition from associate-level work at an established firm to establishing and running his own firm. That shift required building procedures, managing clients and overseeing a small office. Those responsibilities sit alongside the hands-on legal tasks he continues to perform.
He remains an active member of the State Bar of Texas and practices under the state’s licensing. The Bayley Law Office serves clients from its Texas location. As of 2026 he continues to practice family law at his firm, handling both negotiated and contested matters in state court.
