About Andrea
Andrea Rogers earned her J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law in 2005. She entered the Missouri legal market the same year and has practiced in the state since. Her education laid the groundwork for a career that moved quickly from firm employment to running a private practice.
She began her legal career in 2005 as a staff lawyer at Thompson Coburn LLP. In that role she supported litigation and transactional teams, handling research, drafting, and client communications. The position gave her early exposure to the rhythms of firm practice and the demands of serving outside clients through a large law office.
In 2008 she joined Lathrop & Gage as an associate lawyer. At Lathrop she worked on matters alongside seasoned attorneys, taking on more responsibility for case preparation and courtroom-ready work. Her time as an associate allowed her to refine legal analysis and courtroom procedures while collaborating on multi-attorney matters.
Two years later Rogers launched The Rogers Law Office. She opened the firm in 2009 and has run it since. As owner she oversees both legal and administrative aspects of the practice. She manages client intake, case strategy, and the day-to-day operations that keep a small firm functioning. That transition marked a move from being part of larger teams to leading client matters end to end.
Rogers has been a member of the Missouri Bar Association since 2005. That ongoing membership reflects her long-standing licensure and active standing in the state. She handles matters that arise under Missouri law and operates her practice from within the state’s legal framework.
Across more than a decade of practice, Rogers has combined experience at large regional firms with the practical demands of solo practice. She has experience drafting pleadings, preparing filings, advising clients, and managing case workflows. Colleagues who have worked with her note an ability to move between firm settings and independent practice without losing sight of client needs.
She continues to operate The Rogers Law Office and serves clients in Missouri. Her current practice concentrates on providing legal services to individuals and businesses through her private firm.
