About Andrea

Andrea Abudayeh completed her undergraduate studies at Mount Holyoke College before earning her J.D. from New York Law School. Her academic path combined a liberal arts foundation with professional legal training. Classroom work, clinics and law school writing assignments framed her early legal development and prepared her for practice at a law firm.

After law school, Abudayeh joined The Law Offices of Joseph A. Romano as an associate. Her status remains that of a J.D. with bar admission pending. At the Romano firm she has worked alongside more senior attorneys, contributing to the firm's day-to-day legal work and client matters while moving through the admission process.

In the early years of her career she has concentrated on building core practice skills. Those include legal research, drafting pleadings and memoranda, and supporting case preparation. She has also taken part in client intake and meetings, helping translate complex legal questions into clear steps for clients and supervisors. Colleagues describe her approach as steady and practical; she tends to prioritize careful analysis and clear writing over broad claims about experience.

Her education at Mount Holyoke and New York Law School continues to shape how she approaches issues. Mount Holyoke’s liberal arts emphasis informed her ability to synthesize information across subjects. New York Law School’s curriculum reinforced doctrinal law, procedure and writing. Together those elements inform the work she performs at the firm and the professional habits she brings to each matter.

Abudayeh’s role at The Law Offices of Joseph A. Romano is still evolving. As she completes the bar admission process she remains engaged in the firm’s matters and in professional development. She has sought practical experience that complements her academic training, aiming to translate classroom lessons into effective assistance for clients and colleagues.

Outside of court admissions and formal titles, Abudayeh’s profile is that of a young lawyer consolidating training into practice. She is based at The Law Offices of Joseph A. Romano and continues to work on cases and projects while awaiting full bar admission. Her current practice involves supporting the firm's attorneys and clients while her bar admission is pending.
