About Anderson
Anderson Franco studied at the University of California, Berkeley for both college and law school. He earned a B.A. in Rhetoric, Ethnic Studies and Chicano Studies in 2010 after beginning his undergraduate work in 2006. He then stayed in Berkeley for law school, receiving his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law in 2013.
After law school he moved quickly into litigation work. In 2014 he worked at De le Pena & Holiday, LLP handling personal injury and wrongful eviction matters. That same year he began operating under the name Anderson Franco Law as an injury lawyer. His early practice experience put him on both sides of typical client needs in California—pursuing damages after accidents and defending tenants facing removal.
Franco’s training in rhetoric and ethnic studies shapes how he presents cases. He combines written and oral advocacy skills learned at Berkeley with hands-on trial practice. His work has concentrated on personal injury and related civil claims. He represents clients in matters that range from individual accident cases to disputes tied to housing and evictions.
Outside the office he has taken on responsibilities within local legal organizations. He has served as vice president of finance for the San Francisco La Raza Lawyers Association since 2014. Since 2019 he has been a mentor with the Centro Legal de la Raza Youth Law Academy, helping guide students interested in the law. He also holds membership in the Bay Area Latino Lawyers Fund. Those roles keep him connected to the Bay Area legal community and to public-interest education efforts.
Franco practices in California and maintains a small firm presence under the Anderson Franco Law name. His practice work is a blend of client counseling, pretrial litigation and courtroom advocacy. He handles intake and case development personally and manages the financial and administrative aspects of his practice through his role as a firm principal.
He continues to represent individuals in personal injury and eviction-related disputes in California. His current practice focus is on injury cases and related civil matters in the state of California.
