About Anda
Anda Malescu built a career that crosses borders and disciplines. She combines formal legal training in the United States with graduate study in international law and economics. The result is a practice that touches immigration, cross-border business matters and internationally framed legal questions.
Malescu earned a J.D. and an LL.M. in International Law from the University of Miami School of Law. She also holds an M.S. in Economics and Business from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a B.A. in Economics from Eckerd College. Those academic choices inform how she approaches cases. They give her a mix of legal doctrine and economic context when evaluating immigration and transactional issues.
Her practice moved into private firm leadership in 2017, when she became a founding partner of Malescu Law, PA. That same year she accepted an of-counsel role at Kravitz & Co., PA, a position that allowed her to keep a hand in broader firm matters while building her own practice. At Malescu Law she established an office intended to serve individuals and businesses navigating immigration pathways as well as regulatory and international business questions.
Malescu maintains active involvement in professional organizations. She is a member of The Florida Bar and participates in its International Law Section. She also belongs to the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Locally, she serves as president of the Florida Chapter of the Romanian American Chamber of Commerce, a post that connects her to business leaders and community organizations with transnational ties. Those affiliations shape the referrals and partnerships that come to the firm.
Her day-to-day work mixes case work, counsel to businesses, and community outreach. She handles family- and employment-based immigration matters, complex petitions involving international elements, and business immigration tied to commercial transactions. Economic training plays a role when cases require analysis of business structures, financial documentation, or cross-border commercial arrangements. She maintains an active practice at Malescu Law, PA and continues to serve clients from individual petitioners to small and mid-size companies. Her current practice focuses on immigration, international law and business-related matters.
