About Amy
Amy Rogers graduated from West Virginia University College of Law in 2015. She completed a traditional legal education that combined doctrinal coursework with practical skills training. Classwork and clinic opportunities at WVU laid the groundwork for the next stage of her career.
After law school she moved into practice in Colorado. She is admitted to the Colorado bar and joined Ogborn Mihm, LLP, where she has worked since arriving in the state. Her time at the firm has involved day-to-day client work, courtroom appearances and the steady problem-solving that characterizes civil practice. Colleagues describe her as methodical and precise in legal writing and preparation.
Rogers’s legal training emphasized litigation fundamentals and client counseling. She developed skills in legal research, drafting pleadings and preparing cases for trial. Those practical abilities have informed her approach to client matters. She tends to prioritize clear explanations for clients, careful case management and attention to procedural detail.
She also maintains memberships in professional associations. Those affiliations provide a forum for continuing legal education and contact with peers across Colorado. Rogers attends CLE programs and participates in group discussions that touch on changes in state law and practice norms. That activity keeps her current on judicial developments and procedural trends.
At Ogborn Mihm, LLP, Rogers has handled a variety of matters that have required both negotiation and courtroom readiness. She balances litigation preparation with efforts to resolve disputes efficiently when circumstances allow. Her work at the firm includes drafting motions, conducting depositions and advising clients on procedural strategy.
Outside the office she has continued to refine her practice through continuing education and peer collaboration. She approaches each matter by breaking complex problems into manageable parts. The result is steady, practical advocacy that fits the needs of the clients she represents.
Rogers currently practices law in Colorado at Ogborn Mihm, LLP and represents clients in a range of civil matters while maintaining active involvement in professional associations.
