About Amy

Amy Durkin is a seasoned family law attorney based in Eudora, Kansas. She has been practicing law for over 30 years, specializing in areas such as divorce, child custody, paternity, protective orders, and adoptions.

Amy earned her Juris Doctor from Baylor University School of Law in 1993, following her undergraduate studies at Washburn University. Early in her career, she worked with Heart of Texas Legal Services and Kansas Legal Services, focusing on representing women who had experienced domestic violence.

This experience ignited her focus on empowering women in family law matters. Amy is licensed to practice in both Kansas and Texas.

She is a member of the Kansas Bar Association and the Douglas County Bar Association. In her free time, Amy enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family, photography, and attending live music events.
