About Amir
Amir AtashiRang studied law at the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco, where he completed his legal education before entering practice in California. His time in law school exposed him to a mix of doctrinal courses and practical clinics, and it provided the foundation he would use in later work in private practice and office-based roles across the state.
After graduating, AtashiRang began a legal career concentrated in California courts and legal matters arising under state law. Over the years he has worked in multiple office settings, gaining experience in day-to-day client counseling, case preparation and courtroom procedures. That variety of settings gave him a practical understanding of how legal matters move from initial intake to resolution.
Colleagues describe him as methodical in his approach to casework. He tends to break problems into discrete issues and address them one at a time. That approach informs how he prepares pleadings, conducts discovery and advises clients about next steps. He is comfortable in both client-facing roles and behind-the-scenes research and drafting.
AtashiRang has maintained his professional practice in California. He is admitted to practice in the state and has handled matters that require knowledge of California statutory schemes and local court rules. His work has involved interactions with opposing counsel, court personnel and administrative agencies that operate within the state system.
He currently practices at Atashi Rang Law Office PC. There he manages client files, oversees case strategy and delivers legal services from the office. The firm serves clients who bring a variety of civil and transactional needs, and AtashiRang’s role includes intake interviews, legal analysis, document drafting and negotiation on behalf of clients. He also manages the practical business of running an office, including client communications and file maintenance.
Outside of the office he has maintained ties to professional networks in California. His training at UC Law San Francisco remains a reference point; he often cites the practical exercises and clinic placements from law school when explaining how he learned to handle real-world legal tasks.
AtashiRang continues to work in California, carrying forward the legal training he received at UC College of the Law, San Francisco into his present role at Atashi Rang Law Office PC, where he handles a broad range of legal matters for clients across the state.
