About Amber

Amber Dengler built her legal foundation at George Mason University, where she earned a B.A. in Government and International Politics in 2012. She went on to receive her J.D. from The Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law in 2016. Those formative years combined political study and legal training, shaping an attorney who now works primarily on disability matters.

After law school she established her practice in New Mexico. She is licensed to practice in the State of New Mexico and is admitted to appear before the Federal Circuit. Those credentials allow her to represent claimants at both the state administrative level and on federal appeal.

Dengler is an active member of several professional organizations. She holds current membership in the State Bar of New Mexico, the New Mexico Social Security Lawyers Association, and the New Mexico Women’s Bar Association. She joined the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives (NOSSCR) in 2018 and maintains that membership. Colleagues note that her involvement in these groups keeps her connected to developments in Social Security law and administrative procedure.

Her day-to-day work centers on Social Security disability claims. She handles initial applications, administrative hearings before administrative law judges, and appeals when necessary. She prepares claim files, develops medical records, and advocates for vocational and medical evidence at hearings. In cases where administrative remedies are exhausted, she pursues appeals in federal court, including matters that reach the Federal Circuit.

Dengler’s practice reflects the procedural path many disability claimants must follow. She guides clients through the paperwork, the evidentiary requirements, and the hearing process. She represents individuals who are pursuing Social Security Disability Insurance and Supplemental Security Income benefits, and she works to present medical and vocational evidence in a clear, organized way to hearing officers and judges.

She is an attorney at Ardor Disability Law, where she represents clients in administrative hearings and federal appeals. She keeps her practice centered on disability claims and the appeals that can follow them.
