About Alyson M

Alyson M George maintains a hands-on practice through her own firm, Alyson M. George, PLLC. She represents clients in both state and federal courts in Florida and appears before the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. The work is litigation-oriented and often involves courtroom appearances.

Her academic path began at the University of Dayton, where she attended from 1998 and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 2002. She moved on to Stetson University College of Law in 2003 and received a Juris Doctor in 2006. Those years set the legal foundations she has used throughout her career.

She is admitted to practice in Florida and is also admitted to the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida. Memberships in professional groups have been part of her ongoing engagement with the bar and trial community. She has belonged to the Florida Justice Association since 2010 and to the Tampa Bay Trial Lawyers Association since 2010. She also holds a membership in the Hillsborough County Bar Association that lists activity from 2013 to the present.

Her career has centered on courtroom work. The associations she maintains reflect an ongoing connection to trial practice and to the network of civil practitioners across the state. Over time she shifted to a solo practice model and now manages her caseload and firm operations from the PLLC she established.

Colleagues and clients describe her work as straightforward and focused on the immediate needs of a case. She regularly files and argues motions in state and federal court and handles discovery and trial preparation. The firm’s docket shows emphasis on contested matters that require hands-on litigation rather than transactional work.

In private practice she balances litigation tasks with running a small firm. She continues to participate in local and state bar activities while representing clients in Florida courts and in the Middle District of Florida. Her current practice concentrates on courtroom litigation in state and federal venues.
